RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery but items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact houndsandhome.uk@gmail.com to initiate a return. Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee + shipping costs if the item was custom-made. All returns will be processed as a refund.
Please note that we only accept returns for a refund - and not exchanges - so it is important you measure correctly and check order details.
