RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (items must be unused and in original condition.)
- You are liable to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods returning from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- You will not be reimbursed any postage, customs or other fees incurred in conjunction with your purchase.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for custom made items, unless faulty. You must notify us of any faults within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee + shipping costs.
All returns will be processed as a refund.
Please note that we only accept returns for a refund - and not exchanges - so it is important you measure correctly and check order details.
